Orgasm Denial Instructions for January 14th

Today marks the first day of an intensive, at-least-two-weeks orgasm denial training program.

You will start this stroking regimen today, and you will carry it out every day, in addition to the daily masturbation instructions you receive here. You will carry out this regimen until you hear the magic words on the May I Cum button, granting you permission to cum.

The purpose of this exercise will be to push your orgasm denial limits further than they’ve been pushed ever before.

To that end, we’ll need all of the trainees to leave a comment and let us know what your orgasm denial record has been in the past. Be honest! If you misrepresent and exaggerate, you’ll only make it harder for yourself, and your strokemates, so provide us with accurate information.

Now, none of you will know when the end has arrived, until you hear the magic May I Cum Button words. These could come at any time (unlike you). Your Orgasm Denial Training Program and Regimen:

1. Stroke for five minutes each morning before you get out of bed. Edge at least twice.

2. Stroke for 60 seconds in the shower. One edge for Mistress.

3. Stroke for three minutes at lunchtime – in the men’s room is fine, or run home from work if your home is located close enough.

4. Spend at least 10 minutes at some point in the evening, stroking to four edges.

5. Stroke for 10 minutes each night, in bed, before you fall asleep – WITH LUBE.
